A great, mature Merlot from Central Tuscany. Grapes are carefully selected by hand and matured in French oak for minimum one year, adding complexity and elegance.

Pairing - Pairs beautifully with aged pecorino cheese, charcuterie, roasted veal and ragu'

Tasting Notes - Intriguing and very intense. Clear notes of ripe blueberries and blackcurrants with some subtle smokiness. Medium, silky tannins and nice acidity with elegant structure.
