About this experience

If you want to look and feel as good as Giulio Muratori does in his late-sixties, he's happy to share the secret: eat pasta daily!

Healthy pasta that is, made with local, organic, alternative grains like kamut, einkorn and spelt. And accompanied by plenty of seasonal veggies!

Join us for this special class hosted by our friend and founder of Giulio's Artisanal Pasta. You'll learn a little about the difference of various artisanal and industrial grains, how to use them to make fresh pasta, plus some great recipes for sauces, sides and a light dessert that pair perfectly with these pastas. 

When we're done preparing the meal together, you'll sit down at a harvest table to enjoy the meal, served by the Cucinato staff.

Welcome snack - Homemade spelt focaccia  

Strozzapreti ai funghi- Kamut strozzapreti with mixed mushrooms 

Tagliatelle con ragù alla bolognese - Light spelt tagliatelle with traditional Emilia Romagna style meat sauce 

Insalata invernale - Winter kale salad with orange and walnuts  

Torta di ricotta - Southern Italian style ricotta cake

We also offer corkage, the fee is $15 per bottle.

• Tickets to Cucinato events are transferable - you can give them to someone else if you can’t attend (but please notify Cucinato in advance!)
