A beautiful organic Chardonnay from a family winery with a remarkable environmental conscience as it has been using exclusively solar energy for its needs from 2010.
Pale yellow with greenish hues colour, its bouquet is fine, delicate, reminiscent of white fruits and bread crusts. Well structured in taste, it reveals a soft, harmonious, markedly lingering flavour.Pairing - Most enjoyable as an aperitif, excellent with light first-course dishes, such as vegetables risottos and soups, grilled white meats and seafood specialities.
