Bardolino Chiaretto DOC is the Rose' of Lake Garda, in the Veneto region. A lively rose' with notes of citrus, apricot and raspberry. Light bodied and refreshing acidity.
Pairing - Served chilled and not too cold, this dry, light rosé from Northern Italy is delightful as an aperitif, with appetizers of charcuterie and cheeses, and sipped with grilled fish and poultry, summer salads, pizza, pasta dishes with meat, fish or vegetables.
