Vegetarian Cooking Class (Winter Edition) | Wed Jan 22

Hands on, interactive cooking class

About this experience

Some people still think that vegetarian cuisine is like "normal" cooking, minus the meat. But of course most traditional foods - especially from warmer regions like the Mediterranean - are plant-based. And thanks to the many regional cuisines within Italy, there's an endless variety of Italian vegetarian recipes to explore.

During tonight's hands-on class we'll make some great cold-weather vegetarian dishes, with an emphasis on the freshest, most locally sourced ingredients available this time of year - winter produce like squash, fennel, fresh herbs and pears. And of course some pantry staples like house-preserved tomatoes, pulses and legumes.

After we're done cooking together, you'll sit down at a long harvest table with fellow guests to enjoy the meal we've prepared together, served by our staff and chef.
