Pecorino (the grape, not the cheese!) is native to Abruzzo and Marche. This Pecorino shows aromas of honeyed pear, pine nut, melon and citrus. Dry with medium body and forward fruit flavours wrapped in fresh acidity.

Region - Abruzzo Terre di Chieti

Pairing - Vegetarian pasta dishes, Parmigiana di verdure, charcuterie and cheese spreads,  lean fish and peach fruit salads.
